1. Is the building staffed 24/7? We are staffed with personal care givers 24/7 who are trained to pass medications, we also have a registered nurse on call at all times but not on site 24/7.
2. Do you accept hospice residents? Yes we do
3. What categories do you accept? We take A, B & C Categories
4. Do you accept respite care? Yes we do
5. Do we accept Medicaid Waiver? Yes we do
6. Are you a secured facility? We are a secured facility with locks and you will need a code to obtain access in and out of the facility.
7. Do you accommodate special dietary needs ? Yes we do
8. Do you allow visitors? Yes we do , visiting hours are adjusted to accommodate the families and residents needs, just not to early or not to late , our quiet time starts about 8 pm.
9. Do you do transportation? We do accommodate transportation in the Choteau area.
10. What is the cost of assisted living? Fees vary upon the size and type of room as well as care, please call for our available options.
11.Do you allow pets? No but they are allowed to visit as long as they have up to date shot records
